Job Summary
The Educator role is the foundation of our success. Educators are experts in creating world-class guest experience in our retail stores. They engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically speak about our community and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great experience and value their time.
- Needs Assessment: Assess guestsβ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
- Product Education: Communicate the value and benefits of products.
- Sales and Omnichannel: Conduct accurate transactions and support market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
- Workspace Presence: Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
- Guest Feedback: Receive feedback and partner with store leadership to address and resolve issues.
Working With Others
- Foster an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences to support both team members and guests.

- Product Presentation: Restock, relocate or replenish items according to standards.

Job Requirements
Eligibility
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must provide Right to Work documentation and comply with local requirements (EMEA)
- Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation (if required)
Availability
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Other Willingness Requirements
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
- Able to move through the store for most of a shift to assist guests and complete tasks
- Capable of moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
- Willing to work as part of a team and independently when needed
