job summary

The Franchise team sits under the Alternate Channels department in EMEA, expanding our business beyond our vertical channels. We work with select franchise partners in select markets, to bring lululemon stores, ecom and product to new collectives. The Franchise Regional Manager will play a key role in driving the international franchise business in the assigned markets across a specific region; Middle East, Rest of Europe, India, Southeast Asia or South America. The Franchise Regional Manager will be accountable for ensuring delivery of our brand, including standards and operational excellence through training and monitoring market performance. They will work with the in-country partners to execute the market strategy, guest facing and internal operational best practices.
