About This Team

“FP&A” is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are a passionate team of dedicated leaders who are key business partners in strategic and operational decisions. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to learn about various operations within lululemon, working in cross-functional teams on interesting projects.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, EMEA, you will own the end-to-end P&L for EMEA Alternate Channels, which operates in multiple countries and currencies. Responsibilities include:

• Leading financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for EMEA alternate channels.
• Delivering the annual budget and five-year plan, incorporating operating and investment plans.
• Owning partnerships with Channel owners in EMEA and conducting regular business reviews.
• Regularly reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing business performance and preparing ongoing management reporting.
• Managing expenses for business support functions and holding partners accountable to budgets.
• Leading the preparation of business cases and ad hoc analysis affecting alternate channels.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and professional accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 4+ years post-qualified experience in FP&A/Commercial Finance.
• Strong understanding of performance drivers across Franchise and Wholesale partnerships.
• Ability to build, analyze, and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
• Strong ability to adhere to deadlines under pressure.
• Quick learner and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent team player and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to provide visibility to key business decisions.
• Self-starter with a proactive nature.
