About the Role

The EMEA events team at lululemon is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, execution & consultation of all event experiences across EMEA. These include owned & partner experiences both internal & external. The Events Specialist role reports into the Senior Manager, Events, EMEA and focuses on leading key event projects that feed into our business objectives of brand awareness, familiarity & brand love across our key markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for bringing brand campaigns and business priorities to life, experientially, through leading the execution of events and/or consulting on partner events.
  • Lead cross-functional event projects from conception to execution.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the business to ensure cohesiveness across respective functions to deliver impactful events that are aligned with brand strategy.
  • Support Event Manager and/or Senior Event Manager with assigned tasks for bigger event projects (e.g. talent briefing, content planning, logistics, building presentations for senior leadership, etc.).
  • Oversee and provide on-site leadership & direction to all stakeholders on event site.
  • Manage strategic materials; budgets and reporting tools.

  • 3-5 years of event experience (movement/sports focus preferable but not mandatory).
  • An existing network with vendors & events production.
  • Written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
