LullaBellz is looking for a confident, commercially-minded, hair and beauty-obsessed on-camera creator to become a recognisable face of the brand across TikTok and Instagram. This is not a traditional social media role. We are looking for someone who can capture attention, build authority and drive performance through disruptive, platform-native content. You will act as a strategic organic lead, an on-camera presenter and TikTok Live Presenter confidently using styling and demonstrating our extensions while creating high-impact content that drives reach, engagement and revenue.

Drive Disruptive, High Engagement Content on Socials. This is not a role for someone who wants to post content, tick a box and move on. We are looking for someone obsessed with creating high-impact, high-engagement content—the kind that stops the scroll, sparks conversation and drives measurable performance. You should be excited by the challenge of creating content that people comment on, share and save—content that helps new customers discover LullaBellz and converts attention into action. - Daily, feel-good content that inspires confidence, film hair transformations, styling demos and before/afters that feel real and achievable

From Idea to Impact
At LullaBellz, we believe the strongest ideas come from individuals who take ownership—from concept through to measurable results. You won’t just pitch ideas. You will bring them to life and take accountability for their performance. Working closely with the wider brand team, you will own the full lifecycle of your content, including:
- Developing disruptive, platform-native concepts aligned to commercial priorities
- Planning and structuring your content output around key trading moments, launches and campaigns
- Filming, editing and producing high-performing short-form video content
- Publishing and optimising content based on real-time performance data
- Analysing results and refining future content to continuously improve reach, engagement and conversion

TikTok Live Presenting & Commerce
Alongside your core organic content responsibilities, you will play a key role in our TikTok Live commerce strategy, hosting 2–3 Lives per week. This is not an add-on. Live is a critical revenue channel for us. We are looking for someone who is confident using and styling our extensions in real time, able to educate, inspire and convert viewers through authentic product demonstration. Becoming a recognisable and trusted face of LullaBellz is a core part of this role. TikTok Live gives you the platform to build that connection at scale—driving trust, authority and measurable sales impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Host and present regular TikTok Lives, confidently demonstrating and styling LullaBellz extensions in real time.
- Drive live-session revenue through compelling product storytelling, urgency, and conversion-focused selling.
- Confidently use and style hair extensions on yourself, showcasing application, blending and transformation results live.
- Plan and structure live sessions around commercial priorities (stock levels, hero SKUs, campaigns, new launches).

Experience & Skills
- Confident and compelling on camera, with natural presence and authority
- Strong interest in hair, beauty or styling (personal or professional)
- Able to confidently apply and style hair extensions on yourself (essential)
- Strong instinct for TikTok & Instagram content, trends and platform behaviour
- Understands the difference between authentic, native content and over-produced advertising
- Thinks in hooks, storytelling and conversion – not just aesthetics
- Able to self-start: concept, script, film, edit and publish at speed
- Comfortable editing social-first video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, TikTok native tools)
- Commercially aware and interested in how content drives traffic, conversion and sales
- Confident reviewing performance data and adapting content accordingly
- Excellent written communication and strong visual storytelling ability
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement)
This role requires someone who genuinely wears and loves hair extensions, and can confidently style them on themselves on camera.
