We are looking to recruit a team of staff to cover sickness, holidays, and any uplift in production. At first, your role may involve delivering ad hoc shifts as and when required - this can be between 1 and 5 days a week. As your experience increases, this could lead to ongoing work.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have worked in a production role previously. Please only apply if you are flexible to cover 6am - 2pm and 2.30pm - 11.45pm shifts as the times are set in line with production on site, and both shifts may require cover.
At Adient, we build seating components for Jaguar Land Rover and operate from our site in Speke Liverpool near to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

There are kitchen facilities, vending machines, and hot drinks available. Dedicated smoking and vaping areas have been created for our colleagues.
You will start your career with us after passing a series of dexterity skills testing. You will be allocated a buddy who will shadow you during the initial stages of your training; no hand is let go until you feel completely at ease with the role. You will be impressed with how patient our team is and the commitment they give to you during those critical few weeks embedding you into the team and the role.
You will be someone who has a great eye for detail, strives for perfection, loves showcasing the role you do, and is efficient in every task you undertake. You will be hardworking, like to be kept busy, and take pride in the work you undertake. As you will be covering absence, you must have a high degree of flexibility and be available at least 2 to 3 days per week. Shifts can be allocated in advance and on the day - hence the need for flexibility.

What your day will consist of:
- Working as a team - supporting each other.
- Building seats for prestige cars.
- Working with a mixture of fabrics and leathers.
- Ensuring all safety features are in working order.
- Feeding fabrics onto the frames - ensuring there is a smooth unblemished feel and look to the seats.
What you will receive:
- Weekly pay each Friday.
- Flexible working - 2 shift patterns: Earlies & Lates.
- Full training and a buddy allocated to you.
- Shift allowances per hour.

Pay: Starting Salary - £14.88 for 12 weeks
