You will have previous experience in roles involving building equipment, furniture, or flat packs. You should be proficient at assembling small flat pack bedside tables and basic bedroom furniture quickly and efficiently. The role involves working independently to build cabinets for the NHS, which are placed into care homes, hospitals, or independent living facilities.

Who Are We and a Little About Us

We work closely with the NHS, building and supplying basic bedside cabinets and wardrobes for care homes and local trusts for patient rooms.

You will be someone with a keen eye for detail, striving for perfection, proud of your work, and efficient in every task. You should be hardworking, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in your work. Orders are made bespoke for each trust we serve. Our operation is located on Road 5 in Winsford.

You will work within a friendly, supportive team but also be capable of working independently. Your role will require you to be self-sufficient and manage your tasks within designated timeframes to assemble the equipment.

What Your Day Will Consist Of

• Locating orders for the day and assembling the cabinets
• Building furniture to order, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed
• Quality checking each item before dispatch to ensure it meets specifications
• Building flat packs in a timely and accurate manner

What You Will Receive

• Weekly pay every Friday
• Overtime opportunities for fully trained and efficient team members
• Ongoing work from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday
• Holiday pay accrued weekly into your own fund
