If you’re interested and passionate about working as part of a team who cares about making a difference whilst providing exceptional services, then join our Medacs Healthcare Insourcing team as Head of Mental Health Services to be responsible for driving growth and expanding Medacs mental health services.
This key role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and developing initiatives to enhance Medacs service offerings.
ABOUT US:
We work in close partnership with the NHS, providing tailored services to increase clinical activity and relieve elective care waiting list pressures, including Insourced Mental Health Assessments, specialised neurodiversity assessments for adults and children.
Here’s some of the key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Medacs mental health services
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations, and other stakeholders
- Create and implement business development strategies to achieve organisational goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance service offerings
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders
- Monitor and analyse business performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and meetings
- Maintain Medacs’ reputation as a market leader in the provision of high-quality services
- Act as the subject matter expert on behalf of the division for any internal matters and escalation of customer issues
- Support the contract quality as appropriate, managing service audits to ensure full customer satisfaction and to promote and drive continuous improvement
- Develop the day-to-day operation through innovation and benchmarking and implement a strategy to achieve continuous improvement of the service delivery
- Represent the division on internal projects, providing guidance and insight
- Being involved and providing input into yearly business planning across the Division
- Attending client meetings
ABOUT YOU:
Ideally a Clinician with a strong background in the delivery of mental health services specifically ADHD/Autism assessments, business development experience and knowledge of NHS operations coupled with a passion for mental health advocacy.
