At Lineage, helping to feed the world is more than a job – it\’s a purpose we live every day. Lineage is the world\’s largest and most innovative provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions.

At Lineage, the Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in supporting the achievement of the company\’s strategy. For this role you can be based anywhere in the UK but frequent travel will be required across our UK sites.

Our PMO partners with teams across functions to drive projects ranging from business integrations and growth strategies to operational improvements and supply chain design.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join this dynamic European team and make a significant impact as part of our fast-growing company.

As part of your role you will:

  • Lead and manage key projects, to align with Lineage\’s broader corporate strategy.

  • Collaborate with business process owners to identify and scope areas of opportunity, defining solutions and executing projects to meet business needs and objectives.

  • Demonstrate creativity in scoping, managing, and implementing projects, while adhering to project timelines and ensuring quality control throughout the process.

  • Work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation, including executives, managers, front-line employees, and technical experts, to achieve successful project outcomes.

  • Proactively manage schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.

  • Apply Change Management principles to guide teams through transitions and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

  • Provide consistent project updates, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure alignment across teams for optimal results.

  • Support other project managers, ensuring adherence to project management principles and best practices.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent business experience (a relevant advanced degree is preferred).

  • Project management experience within a corporate PMO, consulting, or a related field, particularly with a focus on acquisitions, integrations, and operational improvements.

  • Experience in Change Management, ideally with knowledge of ADKAR principles of change, and is comfortable managing transitions in complex environments. Familiar with Lean and/or Six Sigma and certified in Lean and/or Six Sigma and/or PMP is a plus (though not essential).

  • Demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead diverse teams to achieve project goals.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with advanced Excel and data modelling skills, and is comfortable using analytical tools to drive decision-making.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is desirable but not essential.

  • Willing to travel up to 50% to manage and support projects across our UK locations.

If you are a results-oriented problem solver with a passion for project management and experience in handling acquisitions, integrations, and change management, we would love to hear from you.

What\’s in it for me?

Aside from a competitive starting salary, you\’re set to gain so much from being part of a high quality and collaborative team. You will get lots of autonomy to own your work; you will work with a supportive manager who will help to develop your professional skills, but you will spend every day using your subject matter expertise to solve business problems.

We are a global company which is expanding quickly across Europe. You will feel the impact of your work as the tip of the spear\’, playing a critical role in realising our purpose of transforming the supply-chain to eliminate waste and help feed the world. To support our growth, our leadership culture focuses us on developing talent internally and this is a great opportunity to nurture your career in a leading global company.

We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from persons regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity. At Lineage we also recognise that Ex-Military, veterans, and military families have great experience with transferable skills and core values that can add significant value to our organisation.
