Shift Available: Coldstore - 3 Static Nights working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Nights 18:00-06:00
Rate of Pay: £15.59 per hour, plus £50.00 per week shift allowance.
The Role
- Supervise and coach your team to success, providing training, feedback, and direction to ensure a high standard of service, safety, and productivity.
- Manage operational processes such as incoming and outgoing shipments, product organisation, and warehouse inventory management.
- Coordinate and plan schedules, allocating resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Track warehouse activities, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with material handling equipment and resolve issues efficiently to maintain team productivity.
- Resolve employee issues and maintain clear communication with all levels of the organisation.
- Take on special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
