How You Will Do It:
- Assist to manage the operation of the Department
- Build up strong customer relationships
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
- Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
- Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees
- Prepare sales and retail-related reports
What we look for:
- At least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry, preferably with 4 years in jewellery or management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
- Good leadership with the ability to coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
- Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices
Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience and management in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Jewellery Sales Manager.
