How You Will Do It:

  • Assist to manage the operation of the Department
  • Build up strong customer relationships
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
  • Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
  • Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees
  • Prepare sales and retail-related reports

What we look for:

  • At least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry, preferably with 4 years in jewellery or management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
  • Good leadership with the ability to coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and a high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
  • Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices
