Luke Roper Ltd, part of the Luke 1977 brand, is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer based in Bicester, England, to support the growth of its DTC and retail business. The role is full‑time, on‑site and offers the opportunity to shape and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will create high‑quality creative assets for digital, social, e‑commerce, retail, and print platforms, supporting campaign launches, paid advertising, and in‑store graphics while ensuring all output remains aligned with the brand identity and tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve the Luke 1977 visual identity across all platforms
  • Create engaging digital assets for social media, email marketing, website, and paid advertising campaigns
  • Design creative content to support DTC marketing initiatives and e‑commerce growth
  • Produce impactful digital advertisements and promotional campaign assets
  • Design in‑store graphics, video, POS materials, packaging, and other print collateral
  • Retouch campaign and e‑commerce imagery in line with the brand aesthetic and campaign direction
  • Support e‑commerce creative including image retouching, labelling, resizing, formatting, and asset management
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas across digital and retail channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand campaigns
  • Use innovation and creative thinking to reinterpret briefs within commercial and time constraints
  • Present creative concepts and final artwork to the wider team
  • Ensure all creative work is accurate, on‑brand, and delivered to a high standard
  • Explore and utilise AI creative tools and platforms to support content creation, workflow efficiencies, ideation, and digital innovation
  • Keep up to date with design trends, digital content trends, AI technologies, and evolving consumer behaviour

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a Graphic Design role, preferably within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or e‑commerce
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, campaign, and brand creative, with evidence of commercial impact (e.g. engagement growth, sales uplift, campaign performance)
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of both digital and print design
  • Experience creating assets for DTC and e‑commerce platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
  • Strong image retouching and content formatting skills
  • Understanding of social media creative and digital marketing content
  • Proficiency using AI creative tools and platforms within design workflows
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast‑paced environment

Desirable: UI/UX experience, motion graphics experience, paid social and performance marketing creative, photography or video editing, knowledge of fashion retail trends.
