Role description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager at LUKE ROPER LIMITED located in Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. As an Assistant Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve supporting the overall operations of the store, managing stock, assisting customers, training and supervising staff members, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
