About the Role

As part of a team of 8 bakers, you will work predominantly twilight and night shifts. Your regular days will be Sunday through to Friday, working 5 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce scratch doughs and hand‑moulded products, with some limited confectionery.
  • Handle oven work, packing, and slicing of products.
  • Support teammates by performing multiple roles as needed.

Shift Timing

Typical start times are 2:30 pm or 5:30 pm, and we will endeavour to accommodate your preference.

Compensation

Competitive salary with a premium paid for night‑shift hours.
