We are recruiting an experienced NHS 111 Call Handler to join our contact centre team in Peterborough on a full-time basis. You will manage incoming calls from the public seeking urgent healthcare advice, using clinical decision support software to assess symptoms, provide appropriate guidance, and direct patients to the right service.
