Founder’s Associate Location : Windsor/London/Remote + occasional European trips Type : Full-time | Hybrid | Entry-level Salary : £28,000 – £36,000 depending on fit + performance bonus, generous salary increases as you grow into the role, and potential equity in future businesses. Start Date : Flexible (The sooner, the better) This is not your typical graduate or entry-level job. As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with a multi-venture founder who operates three businesses, serves on non-executive boards and committees, and is currently launching two new ventures involving patented hardware with global potential. You’ll be mentored, trusted, and given the platform to learn fast across multiple domains: branding, fundraising, operations, strategy, sponsorship, partnerships, and more. We’re not hiring a short-term assistant. Supporting outreach for fundraising, sponsorships, and partnerships Contributing to branding, marketing, and go-to-market planning Taking initiative under pressure, often helping deliver on tight or shifting deadlines Brand positioning, sales pipelines, and customer outreach Business operations, compliance, and legal structures Building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients You might be a recent graduate or in the early stages of your career. A clear communicator — both in writing and face-to-face Great writing or communication skills Research, organisation, or project coordination experience Side projects, blogs, community initiatives, or a small business. Familiarity with social media, branding, or storytelling Speak any additional language (please mention these in your application) Future Growth & Compensation Hybrid role: work from home most days (with the option to work from the London office).
