We are looking to appoint a Junior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Warehousing FP&A Team. Reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, you will need a strong systems background, along with being highly effective working with cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships with operating and functional leaders across the network. This is a role joining a growing team and is suitable for someone eager to progress and take on more responsibilities.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 (Flexible based on 37.5 hours per week and hybrid working options)
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis covering all areas of P&L and key performance metrics.
- Assist in preparation of business plans and forecasts.
- Track plans and performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect with operating leaders, providing a robust link between the operations and finance.
- Drive financial results via data analysis, including key trends, variance analysis and development of financial models for decision support.
- Produce weekly KPI reporting as well as analysis of the figures.
- Produce accurate financial information to various stakeholders across the business.
- Willingness to travel where necessary.
- Additional duties as required.
