Our client, keen to expand operations in 2026 and grow the business, are looking for a strong Management Accountant to support the Finance Director and CEO. This is an established manufacturing business entering the next stage to develop the business further. It is office based 4 days a week with free parking on site.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for producing monthly management accounts and commentary
- Budgeting and forecasting, creating and monitoring budgets and creating financial forecasts
- Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analysis
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align financial strategy and company goals
- Analyse KPI such as cost and variance analyses, budgets, profit and loss, and provide effective financial reporting
- Assist the Finance Director with an ERP systems implementation
Requirements
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified or an exceptional Finalist
- Manufacturing experience is a bonus but not a prerequisite
- Advanced Excel and systems skills
- Financial modelling skills, coupled with excellent communication and organisation
