A unique opportunity to join a startup professional services group at a time of growth and further investment, working closely with the CFO and Operations Director. This role will cover detailed FP&A skills coupled with large sets of data analysis and business planning.
Responsibilities
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycle
- Deliver high-quality analysis and insight to support investment and operational decisions
- Develop financial models to evaluate projects and business opportunities
- Business partner across finance and operations
- Develop SQL stored procedures and Power BI dashboards to meet business data analysis requirements, enabling efficient and insightful reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to ensure accurate data extraction
- Develop process improvements and systems enhancements to support accurate data production
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with senior FP&A leadership experience
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and challenge senior leadership
- Proactive solutions focused
- Experience of large data sets and Power BI
