Rare opportunity to join this highly successful global distribution business, working closely with the Head of Finance and overseeing the Credit Control function.
Responsibility of the Credit Control Supervisor role:
- Oversee, train and manage a team of 2 credit controllers
- Manage the debtors to ensure invoices are paid within agreed terms
- Onboard new clients, liaising with the sales team to set up terms and agree on any extended dates
- Credit vet all new clients and put in place credit limits
- Liaise with the Sales Manager over any problem accounts to agree on a strategy and negotiate a payment plan
- Bank reconciliations for the UK and Europe accounts on GBP and multi currency
- Create and maintain financial reports for senior management
Requirements of the Credit Control Supervisor role:
