Tasks:
- Guiding of jet engine mechanic trainees professionally during the entire practical training process in a workshop environment.
- Ensure that practical and theoretical training content is instructed and documented according to the training plan, further develop training content and training concepts conceptually.
- Act as a Trainer and qualified Senior Engine Mechanic, including on-the-job training. Supervise and certify the work performed.
- Support training participants; identify professional and personal strengths/deficits; initiate measures for further development; monitor implementation/results.
- Supervise practical assignments in the training and production areas of the global Mobile Engine Services network and accompany the training program.

Requirements: To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- College degree/vocational training required.
- Bachelor’s degree desirable.
- At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Engine Mechanic with above-average performance and corresponding authorizations required.
- Fluency in English language required.
- French language desirable.
- In-depth whole engine experience, EDP knowledge, Bores Scope inspection desirable.
- LEAP Authorization required at the start of the assignment, will be trained if necessary.
- Further training as a train the trainer is desirable, can be trained.
- MS Office as user.
- Responsible of employees.
- Willingness to travel.
- Shift work / overtime.

- Manage high stress levels.
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada.
