With full training provided, you'll develop specialist electroplating skills while working in a safety-focused environment that supports quality, teamwork and continuous learning.
This is a shift-based role - Four Days on / Four Days off Rotation.
What will I be doing?
- Support the electroplating team with the preparation, coating and finishing of aircraft components.
- Assist with loading plating equipment, surface preparation, grit blasting, masking, cadmium plating and Alocrom processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance.
- Work as part of a skilled team to ensure components are processed accurately and efficiently, with full training provided to develop your knowledge and technical skills.
What do I need?
- GCSEs (or equivalent) and good written and spoken English.
- Engineering or manufacturing experience preferred; aerospace experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PPE and safe working practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions.
