Tasks
- As a Grinding Operator, you will perform high-precision grinding on aircraft components using cylindrical and surface grinding machines, ensuring all work meets technical specifications and company procedures.
- You will work independently, read and interpret technical drawings, maintain a Practical Experience Record (PER), and may support the training of personnel.
- All duties must comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations, and you will contribute to continuous improvement within the workshop.

Requirements
- GCSE level education (or equivalent)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with internal/external, cylindrical, and surface grinding machines
- CNC grinding knowledge preferred
- Aerospace experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective communicator, able to work across teams
- Performs well under pressure
- Team-oriented and eager to learn
