Help Keep Our Aerospace Operations Safe, Clean and Running Smoothly. Join our Industrial Services team and play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant and efficient Plating Shop, supporting waste management, housekeeping and environmental standards within a world-class aerospace operation.

This is a Day shift role Monday- Friday (0700-1500).

What will I be doing?

  • Support the safe and efficient operation of our Plating Shop by managing waste, maintaining housekeeping standards and assisting with environmental compliance.
  • Package and handle waste, clean plating equipment and work areas, support the Effluent Treatment Plant, complete operational checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the Laboratory and Production teams to ensure a safe, organised and compliant workplace while supporting continuous improvement across the department.

What do I need?

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) and good written and spoken English.
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of PPE and safe working practices.
  • Hazardous waste handling experience desirable.
  • Forklift and/or cherry picker licence preferred.
