Join our Landing Gear MRO team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you'll be at the heart of customer communication, operational coordination and service excellence, ensuring every MRO event is delivered with precision, professionalism and outstanding customer care.
One-Year Fixed Term contract (with potential for extension to Two years based on business needs). This is an onsite role with potential for Hybrid - Monday-Friday.
What will I be doing?
- As our Landing Gear MRO Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the key operational contact for customers throughout the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) process.
- Working closely with Account Managers, Event Managers, Engineering, Operations and Quality teams, you'll coordinate customer communications, provide progress updates, manage operational activities and support issue resolution.
- You'll build strong customer relationships; ensure commitments are communicated accurately and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
