We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy and Insights Associate Intern on a 12-month fixed term contract to join our aircraft MRO Company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market intelligence, strategic planning, and data analysis. The intern will support strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to business insights and decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and analysing data from market trends, customer insights, competitors, and aviation news.
  • Support the development of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of business cases.
  • Help translate data into actionable insights under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Support ACS product development initiatives through research and data analysis.
  • Assist in interpreting customer survey results and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and help track progress against objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project execution and documentation.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Aviation Management, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, etc.) is a plus.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Strong interest in the aviation industry and market intelligence.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and strategic planning concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
