Tasks
- Negotiate, manage purchase/sale of packages and components
- Maintain and grow vendor and customer relationships
- Monitor markets; identify new sourcing and business opportunities
- Forecast, track, and deliver surplus projects
- Evaluate packages; prepare management decision memos
- Act as interface between suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Source surplus parts from airlines, MROs, lessors and brokers
- Track project progress; drive corrective actions
- Coordinate with account managers; share market insights
- Own account P&L; control costs and report performance
- Strengthen financial analysis, negotiation and CRM/SRM practices
- Collaborate with sales, trading, procurement and supply chain
- Resolve discrepancies proactively; ensure process compliance
- Conduct performance reviews; use SAP/ELO/MFG-Pro
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in aviation, customer service, or contract management
- Fluent English; German or Spanish is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); solid presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
