Tasks
- As Head of Business Excellence, you will lead LTLGS's non-digital transformation agenda, embedding operational excellence, continuous improvement and organisational development across the business.
- You will own the enterprise transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment through Hoshin Kanri, portfolio governance and performance management.
- Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive Lean-Agile practices, value stream optimisation, innovation initiatives and capability development.
- The role is responsible for establishing a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing organisational maturity through recognised excellence frameworks, and delivering measurable business results through sustainable transformation.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent in Business Administration combined with an engineering degree, ideally in aerospace or a related field.
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent); additional Lean certifications advantageous.
- 10+ years' experience in operational excellence, business transformation or management consulting.
- Proven success leading Lean transformation and portfolio management in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in Lean-Agile methods, value stream management, Hoshin Kanri and change leadership.
- Experience within aerospace, MRO, manufacturing or technology sectors preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to coach leaders and teams at all organisational levels and drive cultural change.
- Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
Employment type: two-year fixed-term contract. Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the UK.
