Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities (including P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements)
  • Consolidation, standardisation, and automation of payroll processes across the Group
  • Identify, implement, and drive process improvements
  • Collaborating with, and training of other teams (including HR and Operations), to ensure seamless payroll operations and develop a high performing \’Customer Service\’ culture
  • Subject matter expert for payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the Group, including HMRC, Auto Enrolment etc.
  • Lead and supervise a team of payroll assistants to deliver accurate and effective payroll systems

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, and benefits administration
