Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities (including P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements)
- Consolidation, standardisation, and automation of payroll processes across the Group
- Identify, implement, and drive process improvements
- Collaborating with, and training of other teams (including HR and Operations), to ensure seamless payroll operations and develop a high performing \’Customer Service\’ culture
- Subject matter expert for payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the Group, including HMRC, Auto Enrolment etc.
- Lead and supervise a team of payroll assistants to deliver accurate and effective payroll systems

- Proven experience in payroll processing, and benefits administration
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
