Ludlow Farmshop, part of the Earl of Plymouth Estate, seeks a General Manager to oversee retail and hospitality operations at Ludlow Farmshop, Ludlow Kitchen and Ludlow Pantry. You will manage purchasing, production units, promotions and HR, while driving profitability and customer service.
Lead and develop teams, liaise with Marketing and Health & Safety, and deputize for the Managing Director as needed.
