Job Description
Vehicle Technician required for busy Ford Authorised Repairer.This family run dealership is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join the team at Ludham Garage, offering the right candidate an excellent opportunity to progress their career within the Ford network.22 days holiday plus bank holidays. Hours are Monday to Friday plus opportunity to do overtime.Responsibilities for the role as follows, although it is hoped the role will develop over time:Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on all makes of motor vehicles to the highest standard. As one of our technicians you will be expected to carry out all works completely and effectively, problem solving where required and to strictly adhere to our procedures.
Must be able to use IT/diagnostic equipment. Mot trained would be ideal but not essential. May be asked to replace Tyres and Exhausts where necessary.As we are a small team, we expect our staff to support each other and assist where required especially when absences need to be covered, for example you may be asked to help cover our attended forecourt for short periods.Must have a full and clean driving licence, will be expected to assist in keeping the workshop and surrounds clean and in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
