The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to manage and develop our HR and recruitment function. This is an important role within the business, supporting the attraction, appointment, onboarding and retention of a suitably competent workforce in line with company procedures, employment legislation and operational needs.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead recruitment and selection activity across the business
  • Support managers with effective people management
  • Oversee onboarding and associated HR administration
  • Help improve HR processes, systems and employee experience

The role will also work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely sharing of employee information, including starters, leavers, contract changes, absence, annual leave and other employment-related updates.

This role would suit someone who is professional, organised and confident in working with managers across a multi-site operational business. The post holder will help ensure that recruitment and HR decisions are fair, consistent and aligned with the company's values, competence requirements and longer-term workforce needs.
