The Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to take ownership of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating resources, controlling costs and programmes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the successful delivery of civil engineering projects across Scotland. Key Responsibilities: ·Direct labour, plant, staff and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time, to specification and within budget ·Manage and monitor project programmes, progress and resources ·Carry out site visits to ensure works are delivered in accordance with the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Plan ·Assess the scope of works, risks and requirements prior to commencement ·Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, supporting repeat and new business opportunities ·Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are implemented effectively across all project works ·Represent the company at pre-start, progress, commercial and final account meetings ·Manage procurement and ordering of materials and plant ·Provide leadership and technical support to Site Engineers and site teams ·Ensure quality control of works in line with drawings and specifications ·Attend internal meetings including project handover, progress and cost reviews Health
