division. Job Purpose To lead the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of civil engineering projects on site. The Site Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing labour, plant, subcontractors, and materials to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, to specification, and in line with company standards. The role requires strong leadership of site teams, close engagement with clients and stakeholders, and compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Direct the necessary labour, plant, staff, and equipment to achieve completion on time, to specification, and within budget Manage contract programmes to ensure projects are delivered within timescales Ensure site supervisors are fully briefed on project requirements and priorities Monitor and control costs to ensure alignment with budgets and financial targets Carry out regular site visits to ensure the Company Health, Safety, and Environmental Plan is effectively implemented Represent the company at post-tender, pre-start, progress, and final
