We are currently recruiting suitably qualified, competent and experienced Skilled Civils Groundworkers and Squads to work across various sectors of Civil Engineering and in particular exciting opportunities in the Water Sector. With contract works throughout Lancashire & Cumbria this presents an opportunity to join one of the UKs leading multi discipline Civil Engineering and Building Contractors in our Northern England division. A competitive hourly rate will be available dependent on skills and experience. To ensure all groundwork tasks are carried out and completed to the required specification, quality assurance, safety and environmental standards. To ensure that groundwork tasks are completed within the allocated timescales. Essential CSCS Card Twelve months experience within the construction industry. Competent in a wide range of ground works, such as drainage installation, trench and foundation excavation, concrete placing/finishing , kerbing and paving. Range of specific skills for the job, such as the use of manual and mechanical equipment, tools and machinery. Desirable Groundwork-related S/NVQ CPCS Forward-Tipping Dumper, Ride-on Roller, 360 Excavator Experience in either Energy or Water Sectors Twenty-four months experience in a similar role.
