Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare cost, trend, and utilization reports, dashboards, or presentations for key clients on a recurring and ad-hoc basis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create best-in-class solutions that integrate technology, information, and business processes.
- Work in collaboration with account teams and internal stakeholders to identify strategic recommendations regarding client utilization and performance trends.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing and/or develop new analytic processes.
- Create analyses that drive overall strategy and demonstrate LucyRx value proposition to help the client make informed decisions.
- Assist with all analytic needs, directly or in collaboration with other internal stakeholders to support recommendations being considered by the client to align with both the clients’ and LucyRx’s mutual goals.
- Combine highly analytical skills with client-facing communication.
- Support account management in preparing strategic client presentations.
- Create executive summaries and visual presentations to communicate findings to high-profile clients.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth implementation of benefit designs, formularies, and system configurations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BS/BA degree or higher
- 6+ years of PBM experience
- 6+ years of pharmacy network experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both
- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical or clinical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Understanding of pharmacy benefit design, formulary management, and claims adjudication processes.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
- Ability to work with complex data sets
- Ability to understand business implications of decisions
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) skillset a plus
- PowerBI experience a plus
- Above average in attention to detail
- Well organized
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Able to work independently with minimal management oversight
Physical Requirements
