Lucy & Yak is seeking a Team Leader for the PM shift in our Distribution Centre.
You will guide, supervise, and motivate a multi-skilled team to achieve KPI targets and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive and productive on-site environment.
You’ll also ensure the site is securely closed and alarmed at day's end.
You will lead daily DC operations, allocate workloads, train staff, and drive improvements in productivity and customer service, reporting to the DC Manager.
