We’re on the hunt for a highly organised and personable individual with excellent communication skills, to take the reins on our B2B community initiatives and charity relationships at Lucy & Yak. This is a B2B role, so previous experience in this space is essential.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing your main focus will be leading our Indie Biz initiative, raising awareness around the 40% discount and product offering, reporting weekly on new sign ups as well as presenting opportunities to help grow Indie Biz further.
- Seek out new businesses across the country, encouraging sign ups with Indie Biz package send out, following up on the independent businesses we’ve already gifted but haven’t made a further purchase.
- Look at how we’re currently running Indie Biz, ensuring messaging is consistent across all channels, work with creative and digital teams to update where and when needed.
- Work with the product team to ensure we’re featuring the best products for Indie Biz, sharing updates and changes across teams.
- Work with retail teams to bring Indie Biz in stores, ensuring messaging is consistent and teams are briefed with the relevant information.
- Work with the Head of Brand to build a strategy and package for our newest initiative ‘Lucy & Yak Community Projects’, offering funding opportunities for start up communities and projects across the country.
- Continue to lead and manage Lucy & Yak Community Projects once launched.
- Take the lead with our charity partnerships; liaising with our finance team on annual donations; managing our calendar of activity to ensure we’re supporting the charities throughout the year in our creative campaigns and beyond.
- Budget management across all projects.
- Update the cross department calendar with relevant information for all projects.
About You

- Minimum 2 years in a B2B or project management role
