- Template Systems: Building modular, "drag-and-drop" style templates that are aesthetically beautiful but technically robust.
- Conversion Focus: Using design hierarchy to drive CTAs and improve Click-Through Rates (CTR).

- Strategic Thinker: You’re comfortable collaborating with the CRM Manager on A/B testing layouts (e.g., testing "image-heavy" vs. "text-led" designs).
- Toolbox: Mastery of Figma (preferred for collaboration) or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of animated GIFs or "faux-video" elements to increase engagement.
Logistics
- Setup: Project-based (fixed-term or per-milestone).
- Location: Remote friendly, though open to Brighton office visits for initial strategy sessions.
- Reporting to: CRM Manager / Creative Lead.
- Start date: Immediate.
