We are looking for a versatile, proactive Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a rolling, part-time basis. You’ll be a true "all-rounder," jumping between digital assets and physical store materials with ease and a sharp eye for detail.
The Role at a Glance
- Capacity: 2 days per week (Ongoing).
- Location: Can be remote, but ideally you’d be available to come to our Brighton office twice a week to collaborate in person.
- Reporting to: Creative Lead.
- Team: Working alongside two full-time Graphic Designers.
- Start date: Immediate.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety. You won’t just be stuck on one project; you’ll be supporting the broader team across the entire brand ecosystem.
- Digital Marketing: Designing engaging layouts for daily email campaigns and newsletters as well as supporting on creating pages like homepage banners for web.
- Paid Social & Display: Creating high-performing ads for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Retail & POS: Designing point-of-sale materials for our physical stores (window decals, shelf talkers, in-store signage).
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring all assets align with our established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative energy to the table.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 3+ years in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
- Software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is a plus.
- Motion Design: We are looking for someone with a strong background in motion design and editing.
- Versatility: Equally comfortable designing for pixels and print. You understand bleed and margins just as well as aspect ratios and file compression.
- Collaborative Spirit: You’re happy to work as part of a pod, taking direction from the Creative Lead and bouncing ideas off the full-time design team.
- Efficiency: Able to manage multiple "quick-turnaround" tasks without losing your cool or your attention to detail.
