  • CRO: Own and lead the ecommerce CRO strategy across web and app, delivering initiatives that improve conversion, AOV and retention. Develop and implement a robust testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing. Use tools like GA4, heatmaps, session recordings and surveys to identify friction points and drop-offs. Translate behavioural insights into test hypotheses and optimisation opportunities. Work closely with developers and the digital team to brief, implement and QA tests. Embed a strong test-and-learn culture across the team.
  • Ecommerce Trading & Performance: Manage day-to-day trading of the site, ensuring products, collections and campaigns are optimised to perform. Monitor and report on key KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and customer behaviour. Own the ecommerce calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing, CRM and merchandising. Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns with a strong data-led approach. Continuously optimise onsite merchandising and customer journeys based on insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • You’ll bring:
