Are you an organised, proactive individual looking to build a career in business support? Our client is an established executive search recruitment firm based in Manchester City Centre. They are looking for a Team Administrator to join a high-performing team, supporting the successful project management and delivery of executive recruitment assignments. This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves progressing into a Personal Assistant (PA) position in the future.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team of Personal Assistants across ongoing executive recruitment assignments
- Oversee the shared "Team Assistant" inbox and collaborate to ensure timely task completion
- Manage and update client and candidate records within the database
- Support the PAs with producing candidate packs for clients, pitch documents, job adverts and invoicing
- Format and proofread documentation, ensuring it meets quality and brand standards
- Maintain GDPR compliance across internal systems and assignment processes
- Conduct due diligence checks such as qualification and employment history verifications of candidates
- Previous office experience, ideally within an administration capacity 6-12 months minimum
- Educated to degree level ideally and looking for an opportunity to progress into a Personal Assistant role
- A self-starter with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal and able to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude
- A team player who demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a positive mindset
