An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced marketing team within a leading FMCG business. This role is focused on delivering impactful shopper marketing activity that drives brand visibility and influences purchasing decisions across key retail channels. Working closely with commercial and brand teams, you will play a key role in translating category and consumer insight into engaging omnichannel campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute retailer-specific shopper marketing strategies across multiple product categories
  • Create insight-led campaigns that enhance shopper engagement and support commercial growth objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand and Category teams to ensure alignment between customer plans and brand priorities
  • Deliver integrated online and in-store activations to maximise shopper reach and impact
  • Manage and optimise sponsored product campaigns and retailer media activity
  • Track budgets, campaign performance and ROI with accuracy and agility
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and retail partners to deliver high-quality activations
  • Use shopper and market data to identify opportunities and influence decision-making
