We are working with an exciting company in Leeds who are seeking to appoint a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Coordinator.

  • Conduct initial fault-finding with customers via phone/video to ensure accurate diagnosis before engineer visits.
  • Work closely with engineers to confirm required actions.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all repair-related queries.
  • Plan and optimise engineer routes and schedules to maximise efficiency.
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Take ownership of spare parts management.
  • Coordinate parts ordering.
  • Ensure parts are correctly labelled, tracked, and organised within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activity to ensure fair and efficient allocation of tasks (goods-in, checking, picking).
  • Ensure incoming goods are checked and processed correctly.
  • Oversee picking accuracy.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
