A growing and well-established provider of flexible workspace solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Client Development Executive to join their friendly and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, sales support, account management, hospitality, or a customer-facing role who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences and who is looking to progress their professional career within sales.

The Role

As a Client Development Executive, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience while helping customers find the right workspace solutions for their needs. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound enquiries received via telephone, email, website, and other channels.
  • Speaking with prospective clients to understand their workspace requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Supporting the conversion of enquiries into bookings, memberships, and office agreements.
  • Building positive relationships with existing clients and providing ongoing support.
  • Following up with customers to gather feedback and maintain engagement.
  • Supporting the growth and retention of coworking memberships.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM and booking systems.
  • Updating enquiry, booking, and follow-up information as required.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service and who is looking to kick start their professional career. Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, account support, or office administration.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or a willingness to learn).
  • A genuine interest in building relationships and supporting business growth.
