Do you have experience within Recruitment and are looking for a new opportunity? Or, is Recruitment an area that you are interested in and are keen to explore and you have experience within a Customer focused role? Here at Lucy Walker Recruitment, we are looking to add to our team and are keen to hear from you. We are looking at both Candidate Relationship Executive and Consultant level roles for our team and are looking for candidates who enjoy building relationships and being that consultative person to speak to for both Candidates looking for work and Clients looking to recruit.
Role Summary:
As Candidate Relationship Executive, your role is very much to support our team of Consultants by identifying and consulting with suitable candidates via proactive resourcing, monitoring advert responses and contact through our live CRM system to existing candidates. You will work via online Job Boards to source and make proactive contact with candidates and will then carry out full interviews on both a face to face and virtual basis to register candidates with us. You will then manage the full ‘candidate journey’ through to finding them a successful opportunity with one of our clients. This is very much a team focused role and as a result is fully office based to hear and understand the needs of the team and the work that they do day to day.
As a Consultant at Lucy Walker Recruitment, your role is to work within the team managing the full job process with clients and the candidate process with our candidates. You will liaise with and build relationships with clients, taking job descriptions, visiting clients to understand their needs and business culture and will manage full communication with clients from start to finish. You will write job advertisements, job descriptions and will the manage the full Candidate search, to source the right candidates for our clients\’ roles.
Summary:
There is so much more to the roles than the above, this gives you an over view of what is involved. We are a small team and are looking for someone who will enjoy a very varied and deadline driven role for a long established brand that is known for quality and focused delivery. We aim to exceed client and candidate expectations with our service levels and the repeat business we have, is testament to this. We have a strong work/life balance, have an early finish every Friday and ultimately enjoy the work that we do as a team.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for people who are proactive, focused and someone who really enjoys building key relationships, picking up the phone to have consistent dialogue. Email communication is important but verbal communication is how we work, someone who is eager to have those direct conversations. You may have worked within Recruitment or within a customer centric role where working at a fast pace with multiple tasks and deadlines is a natural part of your day. You will have excellent written communication skills to write compelling job posts and adverts and you will have excellent attention to detail across all areas of your work. You will enjoy being a part of a small team and will be happy to be fully office based, understanding that this is how you will learn all elements of the role, by listening and working within the team.
Within both roles, a typical day involves:
- Extensive Candidate liaison face to face, via phone and via email – being proactive in all of your communication
- Proactive resourcing via job boards to identify new candidates
- CRM management – extensive work via our CRM system to keep all candidate/client records updated
- Meeting deadlines – we have a fast response time with the work that we do and meeting deadlines is a key element of our roles
- Client meetings – you will attend client meetings with team members to understand their requirements, their business and the roles that they are recruiting for
- Proactive client outreach – we do have strong repeat business, however effective account management is done with consistent client contact and outreach. Business development is a natural part of your role, thinking creatively in how this is done (Consultant role only)
- Client management – effective management of your clients throughout the job process – keeping them fully updated on every stage of the search (Consultant role)
If the above roles sound interesting to you and you have the skills and experience outlined, we would be delighted to hear from you and explore the opportunities that we have. We are open to experience, the right person is more important to us – someone proactive, positive and hard working. We have a positive and focused team and adding to this with the right person is vital. To apply, you can call the office or email us with your CV, outlining why you are interested and we will come back to you.
We are unable to respond to every individual application, however if your skills and experience align with the above, we will be in touch.
