We’re looking for someone exceptional to support a small group of senior leaders and take the reins on office management across multiple sites. About the Role
This is a key position providing high-level support to three directors including the Managing Director, while also managing day-to-day office operations at head office and other sites across Yorkshire. You’ll need to be confident working independently, managing priorities, and building relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Proactive PA support to three senior leaders
- Inbox and diary management
- Scheduling internal/external meetings and minute-taking
- Preparing presentations, agendas and meeting packs
- Coordinating travel and accommodation
- Admin support with payroll and general correspondence
- Producing reports and carrying out ad hoc research
- Liaising with external visitors and suppliers
- Maintaining confidential records
- Overseeing smooth daily operations of the head office
- Managing supplier contracts (stationery, utilities, insurance, etc.)
- Coordinating meeting room bookings across sites
- Ordering office supplies and IT hardware for new starters
- Providing general IT and HR admin support
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
About You
You’re an experienced PA/Office Manager who:
- Has director level PA experience
- Is highly organised and detail-focused
- Brings strong IT skills and confidence across MS Office tools
- Can manage multiple stakeholders and locations effectively
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys a busy, varied role
- Works well independently with a proactive mindset
- Communicates confidently and professionally at all levels
