Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director Location: Predominantly remote working, with one day per week in Harrogate Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience Benefits: Flexible working, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director in managing their time and workload efficiently. This role is integral to the smooth running of operations, providing a mix of professional and personal support. As the company's first dedicated PA role, it offers the chance to make a real impact and shape how the position evolves over time. The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and flexibility while supporting the Director in areas such as diary management, correspondence, administrative tasks, and special projects. The role also includes occasional support for the financial team and general office management. Key Responsibilities: Diary & Inbox Management: Organise appointments, travel schedules, and respond to emails on behalf of the Director. Administrative Tasks: Manage correspondence, prepare and scan documents, handle contracts, and ensure timely payments. Meeting Support: Schedule, attend (when necessary), and follow up on meetings. Finance Assistance: Collect expenses, process receipts, and support financial administration. Project Assistance: Prepare data packs, assist with acquisitions, and manage intellectual property tasks. Personal Support: Book holidays, manage personal appointments, and arrange gifts for staff. Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Office Coordination: Handle office management duties, including purchasing and facilities support.Ideal Candidate: We're seeking someone with a professional and mature approach who is highly organised and proactive. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar PA or administrative role. Exceptional time-management and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
