The Opportunity

An exciting role has opened for a New Product Development Technologist specialising in cake development. This position sits within a collaborative development team and is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys baking and experimenting with new ideas.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of new product concepts, guiding them from early-stage ideas through trials, refinement, and final launch across multiple channels.
  • Work hands‑on in a development kitchen, producing samples, organising taste panels, and reviewing competitor products.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams including brand, digital, category, and international colleagues to deliver successful product launches.
